Player Registration:
Please note the total registration for the 2024-2025 season is $2000.00 if you require a new hockey bag, or $1950.00 if not. This includes the $100.00 payment you paid to confirm your child’s spot on the team.
Included in your registration are: two personalized game jerseys (home and away), home and away game socks, pant shells, a practice jersey, a jacket, a dryland shirt, and a hockey bag if needed.

Payment Schedule is as follows:
$100.00 – Due within 24 hours of being offered a spot on the team- THIS IS
INCLUDED IN THE $2000.00/$1950.00
$400.00 – Due July 31st
$375.00 - Due August 31st
$375.00 – Due September 30th
$375.00 – Due October 31st
$375.00 OR $325.00- Due November 30th
All payments that are not e-transfer are to be given to your Team Manager
who will submit them to the Treasurer.
All cheques should be made out to the Manitoulin Panthers Association not to a specific team.
Sibling discounts are as follows:
*15% for the second player registered
*25% for the third and subsequent players registered
For ease of reconciling these discounts, the teams affected by the sibling discounts
should split them evenly among themselves and make note of this when reporting
the team registration payments to the treasurer.
